Bali Police Chief Calls for World-Class Destination Management to Ensure Tourist Comfort

Bali Police Chief Inspector General Daniel Adityajaya has stated that managing Bali as a world-class destination requires a professional, humanistic, and law-based approach to ensure the safety and comfort of all tourists. He made the remarks after receiving an award as an accelerator figure in the category of Strengthening Supervision and Enforcement against Foreign Nationals at the detikBali-Nusra Awards 2026. The award was presented by CT Corp Chairman Chairul Tanjung at the Trans Resort Bali in Badung on Friday. Daniel emphasised that providing a sense of security for tourists, particularly foreign visitors, cannot be achieved by a single element of society alone, but requires cooperation and collaboration from all parties, with the role of customary communities being especially important. He affirmed that the Bali Regional Police are committed to carrying out professional enforcement and services through such collaboration. He expressed hope that the awards would serve as motivation for all to strengthen collaboration and tourism governance, working together to realise a Bali that is safe, peaceful, tranquil, and of high quality.
