PT Jasa Marga Bali Mandara Toll Road reported revenue of Rp 216.4 billion for 2025, a 10.53% increase from Rp 195.8 billion in 2024.

PT Jasa Marga Bali Mandara Toll Road’s Managing Director, I Ketut Adiputra Karang, stated that the achievement reflects the company’s improving operational performance throughout last year.

“The positive trend demonstrates enhanced operational profitability driven by effective business strategies, improved service quality, and sustained cost efficiencies,” Adiputra said in a statement on Monday, 25 May 2026.

In addition to revenue, the company recorded EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) of Rp 157.2 billion, a 15% rise compared to the previous year.

Operational performance also improved, with Bali Mandara Toll Road’s traffic volume reaching 20 million vehicles in 2025, a 10% year-on-year increase. Average daily traffic volume stood at 55,000 vehicles.

Adiputra explained the company took preemptive measures to manage vehicle traffic surges during the 2026 Christmas and New Year holidays.

“As a proactive measure to anticipate vehicle traffic surges during the 2026 Christmas and New Year period, the company has operationalised two additional automatic toll gates for Category 1 vehicles since 22 December 2025,” he added.

Furthermore, Adiputra reported a Customer Satisfaction Index score of 5.68 out of 6.00.
