The international exhibition Bali Interfood 2026 officially opened at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre (BNDCC), Nusa Dua, Bali, on Wednesday (2/9/2026). Entering its seventh year from 2-4 September 2026, the event organised by Krista Exhibitions Group brings together players from the food and beverage (F&B), hospitality, bakery, coffee, wine & spirit, and business technology industries.

Bali Interfood 2026 serves as a strategic meeting point for producers, distributors, importers, buyers, HORECA players, retailers, restaurant and cafe owners, and investors. The exhibition features 11 and participants from eight countries, including 35 MSMEs, with a target of 15,000 visitors over the three-day event.

CEO of Krista Exhibitions, Daud D Salim, stated that Bali holds a strategic position in the development of the national F&B industry. The growth of the tourism, hotel, restaurant, cafe, and culinary business sectors in Bali continues to create demand for diverse products, raw materials, equipment, technology, and industrial solutions.

“Bali is not just a tourist destination, but also one of the growth hubs for the hospitality and culinary business in Indonesia. Therefore, we present Bali Interfood as a platform that connects industry needs with innovation and business opportunities, while also providing wider space for local businesses and MSMEs to grow,” Daud said in a written statement on Wednesday (2/9/2026).

In this year’s edition, Bali Interfood is held alongside Bali Hotel & Tourism, Bali Coffee Expo, Bali Wine & Spirit, and Bakery Indonesia Expo 2026. This collaboration presents a broader ecosystem, ranging from raw materials, food and beverage products, bakery and pastry, coffee, wine & spirit, processing equipment, HORECA, catering services, to technology and packaging solutions.

Visitors can not only seek products tailored to their business needs but also observe the interconnectedness of various sectors within the F&B and hospitality industries. According to Daud, the event provides opportunities to meet directly with industry professionals, including buyers, suppliers, chefs, purchasing officers, distributors, and associations.

One of the flagship programmes at Bali Interfood 2026 is the Gelato World Cup Indonesian Selection, which takes place over three days. Visitors can witness the competition and participate in various workshops showcasing the techniques and creativity of professional gelato makers.

In addition to gelato, visitors can enjoy various culinary and beverage sessions featuring chefs and industry professionals. Programmes include cinnamon roll cooking demonstrations with Chef Fajri Winarno, Cheese Dim Sum & Ghyong Chilli Oil with Chef Lucky R Katili, Bali Beans Manual Brew Class with Barista I Made Galih Kresnadana, and Black Pepper Fried Noodles & Olive Vegetable Fried Kwetiau with Chef Ugay.

Bali Interfood 2026 also offers flavour exploration experiences through a series of Wine Pairings, such as Wine & Coffee Sensory with Bali Beans Coffee, Wine & Chocolate Pairing with Mason Chocolates Bali, and the ‘Plant-Based Perfection: A Green Rebel Wine Pairing Workshop’.

Meanwhile, the IPBI Competition Area features Fruit Carving, Table Setting Into the Sea, and Flower Table Decoration workshops. Sustainability issues are also part of the educational agenda through a panel discussion titled ‘Rethinking Food Waste: How Hospitality Can Do It Better’, presented by the Business & Community Manager of the Bali Restaurant Café Association (BRCA).

The business aspect of the exhibition is strengthened by the Business Matching Room, which connects Ho.Re.Ca.Ba (Hotel, Restaurant, Café, and Bakery) industry players with suppliers and exhibitors. Scheduled agendas include ‘Ngopi Darat’ with Purchasing & Suppliers, Coffee Mornings with industry associations, and meetups with the Bali Restaurant Café Associations.

Human resource quality improvement is also a focus through the Krista Training Center by IKABOGA, in collaboration with the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). The programme offers certifications for Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, Baker, Commis Pastry, and certificate renewals.

Members of the public wishing to visit can register online via the official Bali Interfood 2026 website or register directly at the venue. Entrance tickets are priced at Rp100,000, valid for access throughout the three-day exhibition.
