Balangan Regency Ranks 12th Nationally in One-Stop Integrated Service Performance Assessment
Proud news has emerged from Balangan Regency. Through its Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (DPMPTSP), the region has achieved national recognition by securing 12th place across Indonesia in the 2024 One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) Performance Assessment conducted by the Ministry of Investment/BKPM.
The achievement was based on official assessment results released at the end of 2024, in which Balangan Regency recorded a final score of 93.969 points, competing closely with leading regions from across the archipelago. The detailed assessment components are as follows:
- Self-Assessment: 96.400
- Business Operators: 90.000
- Stakeholders: 87.480
- Total PTSP Score: 94.868
- Total PPB Score: 92.300
- Final Score: 93.969
The Head of Balangan's DPMPTSP, Dr Akhriani S.Pd. M.AP, expressed gratitude for the achievement. "This is proof that public services in Balangan, particularly in the licensing and investment sector, are increasingly recognised at the national level," Akhriani said at her office on Friday (9 May 2025).
According to her, the success is inseparable from the full commitment of the Balangan Regency Government in driving digital transformation of services, establishing a Public Service Mall (MPP), and enhancing human resource competency in the licensing sector.
Not resting on its laurels, Balangan's DPMPTSP has set an ambitious target of entering the national top ten in the 2025 assessment. "With the evaluations we have conducted, along with the strengthening of digital services and a direct approach to the community, we are optimistic that this target can be achieved," she affirmed.
