Jakarta – Holding company of the Bakrie family business group, PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk. (BNBR), has signalled its intention to distribute dividends this year. Chief Executive Anindya Bakrie stated that the company has room to distribute dividends.

This follows the completion of BNBR’s quasi-reorganisation process in 2024 and the company’s positive balance sheet, which provides the space for dividend distribution.

However, Bakrie noted that the dividend policy will be determined at the company’s annual general meeting of shareholders (RUPST) this year. He also emphasised the importance of stability and growth in BNBR for investors.

“Dividends will wait, of course, for the 2026 shareholders’ meeting for [fiscal year] 2025. But what is most interesting is that market sentiment desires stability and growth,” Anin said following BNBR’s extraordinary general meeting at Bakrie Tower on Friday 27 February 2026.

On the same occasion, BNBR Director Roy Hendrajanto M. Sakti affirmed that the company has room to distribute dividends, though internal arrangements are needed.

“So technically we are already able to distribute dividends, though internally we will need to arrange this,” he said.

Meanwhile, BNBR recorded net revenue of Rp3.74 trillion throughout 2025. This figure declined 3.28% year-on-year from the previous year.

Nevertheless, BNBR recorded a net profit increase of 49.6% year-on-year to Rp502.74 billion in 2025, compared to the same period in the previous year which stood at Rp336.04 billion.

The largest revenue contributions came from PT Bakrie Metal Industries (BMI) Group at Rp2.18 trillion, followed by PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (VKTR) at Rp1.08 trillion, and PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure (BIIN) Group at Rp464.21 billion.
