Bakrie & Brothers records net profit of Rp502.74 billion in 2025
Jakarta - PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) recorded net profit of Rp502.74 billion in 2025, a growth of 49.6 per cent year-on-year (yoy) compared to Rp336.04 billion in 2024.
The company’s net profit was supported by net revenue of Rp3.74 trillion in 2025, representing a decline of 3.28 per cent (yoy) compared to 2024 results.
“We are grateful that despite uncertain global economic conditions, the company was able to record positive performance throughout 2025,” said BNBR Financial Director Roy Hendrajanto M. Sakti to the media following an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (RUPSLB) in Jakarta on Friday.
The company’s net revenue was contributed by PT Bakrie Metal Industries (BMI) Group at Rp2.18 trillion, PT VKTR Technology Mobility Tbk (VKTR) Group at Rp1.08 trillion, and PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure (BIIN) Group at Rp464.21 billion.
PT VKTR Technology Mobility Tbk (VKTR) Group recorded revenue of Rp1.08 trillion, a growth of 8.5 per cent (yoy) compared to Rp1.00 trillion in 2024. The increase came from revenue generated by VKTR Holding, VKTS, and BA Group.
Meanwhile, PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure (BIIN) Group recorded revenue of Rp464.21 billion, a growth of 41.6 per cent (yoy) compared to Rp327.93 billion in 2024.
The revenue increase came from contributions by PT Multi Kontrol Nusantara (MKN) Group, PT Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways (CCT), PT Helio Synar Energy, and support from other infrastructure portfolio including pipeline networks as strategic infrastructure for oil and gas transportation.
In the steel pipe sector, BNBR’s subsidiary PT Bakrie Pipe Industries (BPI) recorded revenue of Rp1.76 trillion in 2025, a decline of 22.8 per cent (yoy) compared to Rp2.29 trillion in 2024.
Another subsidiary, PT Southeast Asia Pipe Industries (SEAPI), recorded revenue of Rp194.54 billion, a growth of 28.1 per cent (yoy) compared to Rp151.88 billion in 2024. SEAPI’s revenue increase came from both non-oil and gas and oil and gas sectors.
In the construction and EPC sector, PT Bakrie Construction (BCons) recorded revenue of Rp171.58 billion in 2025, a growth of 330 per cent (yoy) compared to Rp39.9 billion in 2024. The revenue increase came from projects executed by the company.
