JAKARTA – PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) reported net profit of Rp 502.74 billion throughout 2025, growing 49.6 per cent compared to the previous year of Rp 336.04 billion. This profit increase was equivalent to an additional Rp 166.69 billion on a year-on-year basis. However, BNBR’s net revenue in 2025 reached Rp 3.74 trillion, declining slightly by 3.28 per cent compared to the same period in 2024.

“We are grateful that amid uncertain global economic conditions, the Company was able to record positive performance throughout 2025,” said BNBR Chief Financial Officer Roy Hendrajanto M. Sakti, following the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) on Friday (27 February 2026).

The VKTR Technology and Mobility Tbk (VKTR) Group contributed Rp 1.08 trillion, whilst PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure (BIIN) Group contributed Rp 464.21 billion.

Throughout 2025, BNBR’s steel pipe industry unit, PT Bakrie Pipe Industries (BPI), recorded revenue of Rp 1.76 trillion, declining 22.8 per cent from Rp 2.29 trillion in 2024. However, PT Southeast Asia Pipe Industries (SEAPI) achieved revenue growth of 28.1 per cent, reaching Rp 194.54 billion from previously Rp 151.88 billion. This increase was supported by demand from both the non-oil and gas and oil and gas sectors.

In the electric vehicle segment, VKTR Group recorded revenue of Rp 1.08 trillion, rising 8.5 per cent from Rp 1.00 trillion in the previous year. This growth was underpinned by contributions from VKTR Holding, VKTS, and BA Group.

Meanwhile, BIIN Group recorded the highest growth with a surge of 41.6 per cent to Rp 464.21 billion, compared to Rp 327.93 billion in 2024. This performance was supported by contributions from PT Multi Kontrol Nusantara (MKN) Group, PT Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways (CCT), PT Helio Synar Energy, as well as other strategic infrastructure portfolios including pipeline networks for oil and gas transportation.

In the construction and engineering segment, PT Bakrie Construction (BCons) recorded revenue of Rp 171.58 billion, surging 330 per cent compared to Rp 39.9 billion in the same period of the previous year. This surge stemmed from several EPC projects that were realised throughout 2025.

With its financial structure, strategic infrastructure portfolio including toll roads and other infrastructure such as pipeline networks serving oil and gas transportation, as well as expansion into future industry sectors such as electric mobility and sustainable energy, BNBR remains optimistic it can create sustained growth while delivering added value to shareholders and supporting national development.
