Bahlil to Send 48 Generator Sets to NTT for Health Centres

The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) will send 48 generator sets to a number of health facilities in Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). This was announced during a coordination meeting with President Prabowo Subianto at the Disaster Management Post in Nagakeo Regency on Wednesday (26/8/2026).

“There is only one thing we reported: tomorrow we will send 48 generators from the Ministry of ESDM for the tents where the community health centres cannot be used. The Ministry of Health has built medical treatment tents and they do not have generators,” said Bahlil.

According to him, the delivery of the generators was also assisted by the Ministry of Health and the Cabinet Secretariat, particularly in terms of transport aircraft.

“East Manggarai has eight community health centres, Manggarai has seven generators, Ngada has six, Nagakeo has six, Ende has six, Sikka has four, and West Manggarai has eleven. Perhaps they are traumatised inside the buildings, so they set up outside. We are using silent generators so they do not disturb patients receiving treatment,” said Bahlil.
