Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia has confirmed that the prices of subsidised fuel, specifically RON 92 Pertalite and subsidised biodiesel, will not be increased. “For subsidised fuel and subsidised LPG there is no increase, that is the President’s order,” Bahlil stated at the opening of the HIPMI XVIII National Conference in Bandar Lampung on Wednesday (10/6/2026). However, Bahlil did not comment on the increase in non-subsidised fuel prices, such as RON 92 Pertamax and Pertamax Green 95, implemented on 10 June 2026. In front of President Prabowo Subianto, Bahlil also expressed his support for the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) programme. “This is a programme that we must realise. As a former poor child who suffered from hunger, I say that this Free Nutritious Meals programme is a noble programme. If there are shortcomings, let us perfect them together. There is no need to blame one another,” he said. On the same day, fuel providers, both state-owned PT Pertamina and private entities, uniformly raised non-subsidised fuel prices. In DKI Jakarta, Pertamax rose from Rp 12,300 per litre to Rp 16,250 per litre, while Pertamax Green 95 rose from Rp 12,900 to Rp 17,000 per litre. Subsidised Pertalite and Solar prices remained unchanged. BP-AKR stations also saw increases, with BP 92 rising to Rp 16,670 per litre from Rp 12,390, and BP Ultimate increasing to Rp 17,240 from Rp 12,930 per litre.
