Bahlil: President Orders No Increase in Subsidised LPG and Fuel
Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Bahlil Lahadalia addressed the issue of fuel prices at the opening of the 18th National Conference of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (Hipmi). Bahlil confirmed that there will be no increase in the price of subsidised fuel or subsidised LPG. “For subsidised fuel and subsidised LPG, there is no increase,” said Bahlil in Lampung on Wednesday (10/6/2026). Bahlil stressed that the decision was a direct order from President Prabowo Subianto. It is noted that Prabowo was also present at the Hipmi National Conference. “That is the President’s order, no increase,” he said. As is known, Pertamina Patra Niaga decided to raise the price of Pertamax from Rp 12,300 to Rp 16,250 per litre. In addition, Pertamax Green 95 rose from Rp 12,900 to Rp 17,000 per litre. Meanwhile, the price of Pertalite remains at Rp 10,000 per litre and Biosolar remains at Rp 6,800 per litre.
