Bahana Sekuritas Gains Global Recognition Through Sukuk Transaction
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Bahana Sekuritas has gained global recognition through the IFN Corporate Finance Deal of the Year 2025 award for the Global Mediacom sukuk transaction worth Rp 550 billion. This accomplishment reaffirms the role of the capital market as an alternative for national corporate financing.
The award was presented at the IFN Awards in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and received by Adela Munir, Head of Investment Banking Capital Market at Bahana Sekuritas, representing the company.
