Badung Regency Government Prepares E-Performance System for Civil Servants
The Badung Regency Government, through the Agency for Civil Service and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM), is currently preparing an electronic-based performance assessment system, or e-Kinerja, for Civil Servants (ASN). The implementation of this digital system is expected to increase professionalism, accountability, and the quality of public services within the Badung Regency Government environment.
“We have designed this e-Kinerja system comprehensively so that employee performance assessments are truly objective and measurable. Currently, the process is still in the study and refinement stage before being officially implemented,” said the Head of BKPSDM Badung Regency, I Wayan Putra Yadnya, on Sunday (2/8/2026).
The refinement stage involves mapping the main tasks and functions (tupoksi) of each civil servant into real achievement indicators. Additionally, the BKPSDM is conducting initial socialisation to gather input from all regional agencies as material for policy evaluation.
“We are absorbing aspirations and feedback from civil servants to ensure that the system being built is perceived as fair and acceptable to all parties. Cross-regional agencies also need to understand the technical aspects from the beginning to prevent obstacles during field implementation,” said Putra Yadngya.
Through the e-Kinerja scheme, the Badung Regency Government is optimistic about driving continuous improvements in employee discipline and productivity. This policy also serves as a strategic instrument to support the acceleration of bureaucratic reform in the Badung region.
“The primary goal is to present professional, transparent, and community-service-oriented governance. Comprehensive socialisation will continue until all work units are ready to implement this system,” concluded Putra Yadnya.
