The Badung MSME Week 2026, held at Beachwalk Shopping Centre, Kuta, recorded total transactions amounting to Rp 217 million during its week-long run from 24 to 30 July 2026. The achievement by these 32 local MSMEs reflects high public enthusiasm for local products while simultaneously expanding market opportunities.

“The sales turnover for all exhibition participants exceeded the Rp 200 million mark during the week. In fact, several leading MSMEs recorded daily sales of over Rp 4 million,” said the Secretary of the Badungan MSME Office, I Made Wirya Santosa, on Friday (31/7/2026).

Daily turnover during the event fluctuated, with the highest value recorded on the final day. Daily transactions began at Rp 36.81 million on the first day, followed by Rp 28.60 million on the second, Rp 34.78 million on the third, Rp 30 million on the fourth, Rp 24.63 million on the fifth, Rp 24.98 million on the sixth, and concluded with Rp 37.28 million on the seventh day.

“This achievement serves as an indicator of the high level of public enthusiasm for Badung’s local products. It also demonstrates the increasing market opportunities for MSME players through exhibitions organised by the Badung Regency Government,” explained Wirya.

The number of MSMEs facilitated in this year’s exhibition also saw an increase compared to previous iterations. A total of 32 local business owners participated in the event, up from the 28 MSMEs involved previously.

In addition to recording direct sales transactions, participants utilised the event to build business networks. Several new partnership agreements were successfully formed, both between MSME players and with external parties.

“This exhibition does not only facilitate direct transactions with consumers. The event also serves as a bridge for cooperation between MSMEs and external business partners,” he said.

The Badung Regency Government is encouraging business owners to continuously improve product quality and strengthen branding to enhance competitiveness. The positive results from this exhibition are expected to serve as a stepping stone for local products to penetrate the global market.

“Our great hope at the Badung MSME Office is to bring Badung’s local brands and products beyond national market dominance. We want local products to expand into the international market,” concluded Wirya.
