Bad Weather in Bali: Operations at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Return to Normal Today

As reported by Kompas.com on Tuesday (24/2/2026), Jalan Bumi Ayu and Jalan Kesari, in the Sanur sub-district, Denpasar City, Bali Province, were flooded with a height of about 1.5 meters.
The operation of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali was temporarily disrupted when the flood occurred. Currently, PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia, as the airport operator, stated that the operation of Bali Airport has returned to normal today, Wednesday (25/2/2026).
Previously, five flights at Bali Airport were affected by the flood on Tuesday (24/2/2026).
Three of them were outbound flights, consisting of two international routes and one domestic route.
He appealed to all users of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport to arrive earlier at the airport and always monitor traffic conditions to the airport for a smooth journey.
