Bad quality of Tangerang water

We, Tangerang's residents, have long since subscribed to the
Tangerang Drinking Water Company (PDAM Tangerang), but now the
water quality gets worse every day which disappoints us.

The water is blackish like gutter water and small worms can
always be easily detected in the water. We are disinclined to use
it directly for taking a bath, afraid of getting infected with
skin disease, let alone using it for drinking water or cooking.

For bathing, we must let the water settle for several hours,
and every two to three days we must clean the bathtub which is
full of dirt.

It seems the water is not the product of a hygienic process
which is safe for our health, but is only taken straight from the
Cisadane river and directly distributed to the subscribers.
Evidence of this can be seen after rainfall.

PDAM Tangerang's hasty response is expected to considerably
ease the disappointment of Tangerang's citizens.
