PT Bach Multi Global Tbk was established in 2006 and is headquartered at Wisma 81 Building, Jalan Cideng Barat No. 81, Central Jakarta. Its main business activities are the sale and rental of generator sets, and construction and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure. According to its prospectus, the company has expanded over time into various fields, including trading, industry, advertising, printing, contracting, housing development, services, and agribusiness. Since 2008, PT Bach Multi Global has been trusted as the sole distributor of Himoinsa brand generator sets from Spain in Indonesia.

The company’s business activities, as detailed in the prospectus, cover a wide range of sectors under various Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI) codes. These include support activities for mining and quarrying (such as ore exploration services, geological observation, and mine field drilling); installation of industrial machinery and equipment; operation of power supply installations; construction of electrical civil buildings (including power transmission and substations); construction of telecommunications centres (such as telephone exchanges, transmitter towers, and satellite stations); electrical installation (for buildings, roads, railways, and airports); telecommunications installation; wholesale trade of machinery and equipment; manufacture of power generation machinery (including generator sets and rotary converters); battery manufacturing; manufacture of other electrical equipment (such as sirens, traffic signalling devices, and ultrasonic cleaning machines); and repair of electric motors, generators, and transformers.

Currently, the company is supported by more than 400 workers and has handled numerous telecommunications infrastructure projects across Indonesia. By 2025, Bach Group had completed over 2,510 BTS Tower projects, approximately 11,136 kilometres of fibre optic networks, and around 161,710 FTTH (Fiber to The Home) projects. This extensive experience in the telecommunications support sector is a key attraction for the BACH issuer. All business activities of BACH and its subsidiaries, PT Bach Multi Infrastruktur and PT Bach Multi Sukses, hold official permits and certificates. BACH shares are classified as Sharia-compliant.

Based on the prospectus, all funds from the public offering of BACH shares will be used for the company’s operational activities. Approximately Rp91.02 billion will be used to repay part of a long-term loan facility to Bank Permata. The remaining Rp213.48 billion will be used as working capital, specifically for the purchase of generator sets for distribution.
