Babah Alun Develops New Toll Roads, Including 1,000-Year Earthquake-Resistant Elevated Highway

Entrepreneur Mohammad Jusuf Hamka, popularly known as Babah Alun, is currently developing several new toll road projects through his business entity, PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada (CMNP) Tbk. One of the primary focuses is the construction of the highest elevated highway, the Harbour Road II (Ancol Timur - Pluit section).

This elevated highway is being built above the existing Sedyatmo Toll Road. Featuring a multi-level structure reaching a height of 38 metres, Harbour Road II is set to become the highest toll road in Jakarta. Construction progress has reached 44.12%, with land acquisition estimated at 77%.
