JAKARTA (JP): British Airways has appointed Claire Hatton as its country manager for Indonesia, replacing David Jones.
The company said here yesterday that Hatton, the first female executive to hold such a position in the track of the airline's Far East Asia operation, took up her new position with strong management experience across all sectors of the airline and throughout Asia and Britain.
Hatton who graduated from Britain's Cardiff University, replaced David Jones. After five and a half years as Indonesia's country manager, Jones is now a manager based at British Airways' headquarters in London.
