B- rating for BII's card

HONG KONG (Dow Jones): Duff & Phelps Credit Rating (DCR) Co.
said Thursday it has reaffirmed its B- rating on the credit card
receivable securitization issued by Bank Internasional Indonesia
(BII).

"DCR believes the recent senior management changes instigated
by the government should not have a material effect on BII's
credit standing, thought they may cause some near-term
uncertainties," the credit ratings agency said in a statement.

It also noted that the debt service coverage on the
securitization "continues to improve," rising to 2.75 times from
1.75 times a year ago.

The ratings agency also said it's maintaining its CCC
unsecured foreign currency and B- unsecured local currency
ratings on Bank Internasional Indonesia.
