Avian Paint Issuer Distributes Jumbo Dividend of Rp1.36 Trillion, This is What Shareholders Get Per Share

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The paint producer issuer PT Avia Avian Tbk (AVIA) has announced a cash dividend distribution of Rp1.36 trillion. This amount equates to Rp23 per share. Based on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) decision, this value reflects a dividend payout ratio of 78.18% of the 2025 fiscal year net profit. The dividend amount already accounts for the interim dividend of Rp654 billion distributed in November 2025. For context, AVIA’s net profit was recorded at Rp1.7 trillion. This figure increased by Rp80 billion compared to the previous year. AVIA’s profit was driven by total revenue of Rp8.1 trillion in 2025, up Rp652 billion or 8.7% from the prior year. Meanwhile, sales volume growth stood at 7.4% last year. Following the announcement, AVIA shares corrected by 0.53% to Rp378 as of 10:43 WIB. Its market capitalisation reached Rp23.42 trillion.
