AVIA Distributes Cash Dividend of Rp1.36 Trillion

Jakarta — Based on the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Avia Avian Tbk. (AVIA), the company has decided to distribute a cash dividend amounting to Rp1.36 trillion, or the equivalent of Rp23 per share. This information was conveyed by the company in its press release in Jakarta yesterday.

AVIA Director, Kurnia Hadi Sinanto, stated that this dividend distribution represents the company’s commitment to providing optimal returns to shareholders. “Avian Brands has always been disciplined in capital allocation, while still delivering attractive returns to shareholders,” he said.

He explained that the dividend distribution decision reflects a dividend payout ratio of 78.18% from the net profit for the 2025 fiscal year. This amount already accounts for the interim dividend of Rp654 billion distributed in November 2025.

Throughout 2025, AVIA recorded a net profit of Rp1.7 trillion, an increase of Rp80 billion compared to the previous year. The company also achieved a net profit margin of 21.5% amid challenging market conditions. From a fundamental perspective, AVIA recorded a return on assets (ROA) ratio of 15.7% and a return on equity (ROE) of 18.3% in 2025, reflecting maintained profitability.

Kurnia added that the company remains disciplined in managing capital allocation, focusing on investments to support business growth as well as maintaining balance sheet health and liquidity. “The company’s capital allocation is carried out in a disciplined manner with several priorities, including investments for business growth with controlled capital expenditure, supported by a healthy balance sheet and liquidity,” he clarified.

In addition, the company maintains flexibility, both for share buybacks and capturing strategic acquisition opportunities that can provide long-term value addition. As the market leader in decorative paints in Indonesia, AVIA continues to strengthen its business fundamentals through product innovation, distribution network expansion, and improved customer service quality. The company is optimistic about sustaining positive performance and creating ongoing growth in the future.

For information, the company targets sales value growth of 6%-10% for 2026, as well as sales volume growth in the range of 4%-8%. “The 2026 sales target will still be contributed by the wall paint segment targeting the middle segment,” said AVIA’s Vice President Director, Ruslan Tanoko.

He conveyed that this year’s target is set by considering the stable needs of the property market and home renovations. To achieve this target, the company has prepared several strategic steps. One of them is the launch of new products tailored to consumer needs, while accelerating the dissemination of tinting machines at various sales points.
