Auto2000 Has Delivered 900 Toyota Veloz Hybrid Units to Customers

CIKAMPEK – Auto2000, one of Indonesia’s official Toyota dealer networks, has begun distributing the latest electrified vehicle from the company, the Toyota Veloz Hybrid, to consumers.

Auto2000 Marketing Division Head Nur Imansyah Tara stated that by the period approaching Lebaran 2026, approximately 800–900 consumers have received the vehicle.

“From TAM (PT Toyota Astra Motor) beginning production in early March, we have already started distribution. There were also members of the Veloz community who were already using the Veloz Hybrid for Lebaran,” Tara told Kompas.com in Cikampek on Monday (16 March 2026).

Auto2000 estimates that its allocation of units falls in the range of 800 to 900 units from the total supply currently available.

“Admittedly, not all units can arrive simultaneously, so distribution is phased over several months ahead. This month also has many public holidays, so production is of course limited as well,” Tara said.

“Essentially, we are following the distribution flow from TAM,” he continued.

He added that several customers who have already received units have given positive responses, particularly regarding performance and fuel efficiency.

“Several customers who have received units have expressed positive feedback. They say it is pleasant to drive, the power is different, and they hardly go to petrol stations,” he joked.

Previously, PT Toyota Astra Motor (TAM) stated that consumer interest in the Veloz Hybrid continues to increase since it was first introduced to the public.

TAM Marketing Director Jap Ernando Demily said that total orders for the vehicle from November 2025 to February 2026 reached approximately 6,500 units.

“As of today, approximately 6,500 units have been recorded. That means if divided per month, the average is approximately 1,800 units,” Ernando said in Jakarta on Friday (6 March 2026).

Although unit deliveries have begun, consumers placing orders at present must still wait for a delivery waiting period of approximately 2–3 months.

The Veloz Hybrid is currently marketed in several variant options in Indonesia. The V Hybrid EV variant is priced at IDR 308 million; however, it receives a special price under the ‘Hybrid EV for All’ programme at IDR 303 million until semester I/2026.

Meanwhile, the Q Hybrid EV variant is marketed starting from IDR 325 million. The highest variant, Q Hybrid EV TSS Modellista, is priced at IDR 385 million and IDR 389 million for the two-tone colour option.
