AusAID aids East Timor

JAKARTA (JP); Cooperation between the Indonesian government
and the Australia Agency For International Development (AusAID)
in the Agricultural and Regional Planning Assistance Program
(Arpapet) in East Timor has been extended until December 1998.

Advisor of the Arpapet program Luc Spykerrely said here on
Thursday that the cooperation was started in 1993 and would end
next year,

"The cooperation is not limited to the agricultural field but
covers also health and educational fields. But it focused on
agriculture", he told Antara.
