AUKSI Celebrates National Customer Day with Launch of SELLA Program
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Balai Lelang Asta Nara Jaya (AUKSI) is strengthening its services through the ‘SELLA: SAFEtember Lelang Lebih Aman’ programme, coinciding with National Customer Day (Harpelnas) 2024.
AUKSI Commercial Director, Tantu Agung, stated that this programme will provide additional benefits, including vehicle insurance protection and ‘CUAN Points’ for members who meet the programme’s terms and conditions.
“This National Customer Day moment serves as a reminder for us to constantly listen to needs and continue improving the comfort of our customers when participating in auctions. Customer trust is the fundamental basis of our operations,” Tantu Agung said in an official statement on Friday.
“Through the SELLA programme, we aim to realise the spirit of ‘Safe Car Auctions and Harvest Cuan Points!’ as a tangible appreciation that provides a sense of security and additional benefits for our loyal customers,” he added.
He emphasised that purchasing cars through auctions at AUKSI is highly secure because document authenticity is guaranteed, and vehicle conditions are reported accurately and transparently based on inspection results. Furthermore, specifically during this month, unit purchases are accompanied by vehicle insurance to ensure auction winners feel more at ease and protected while driving.
On another note, AUKSI is expanding its operational reach to 12 new regions. This expansion covers Medan, Pekanbaru, Padang, Jambi, Palembang, Lampung, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Makassar, and Manado.
This network expansion aims to provide access to communities outside of Java for auction vehicles, removing the need to rely on auction locations on Java Island.
To receive the National Customer Day bonus, winners are still required to complete full payment in accordance with AUKSI’s terms, which is a maximum of three working days after the auction session.
With the combination of service enhancement and network expansion, AUKSI strives to make the vehicle auction process more accessible while providing certainty to consumers both before and after transactions.
