Auction Realisation in NTT Reaches Rp 16.41 Billion by March 2026
Auction performance in East Nusa Tenggara province demonstrated a positive trend throughout the first quarter of 2026. The Bali Nusra Regional Office of the Directorate General of State Assets and Liabilities (DJKN) recorded principal auction realisations of up to Rp 16.41 billion by March 2026.
This was conveyed by Desak Jeny, representative of the Head of the Bali Nusra DJKN Regional Office, during the Regional NTT Asset and Liability Committee (ALCo) Forum via an online press conference on the APBN Performance Facts at the NTT DJPb Office on Thursday (7/5/2026).
Desak explained that auction performance in NTT up to March 2026 showed a positive trend, particularly in voluntary non-execution auctions, which were the largest contributors.
“Principal auction realisations in February 2026 were recorded at Rp 3.18 billion. This figure then surged significantly in March 2026 to Rp 16.41 billion, or a 416.71% month-to-month (MoM) growth,” she stated.
Despite the significant monthly increase, the achievement up to March 2026 is still lower than the same period in the previous year. In March 2025, principal auction realisations were recorded at Rp 78.35 billion.
Desak also revealed that the largest contribution came from voluntary non-execution auctions at 65%. Execution auctions contributed 24% and mandatory non-execution auctions 11% of the total realisations.
“Principal auction achievements were dominated by voluntary non-execution auctions with a 65% contribution,” she said.
From an implementation perspective, she noted that all achievements came from Class I Auction Officials with a 100% contribution. In addition to the value, auction frequency also rose by 149 sessions in the first quarter of 2026.
“Auction frequency up to March 2026 stood at 149 sessions. This achievement has already surpassed the first quarter of 2025 with a year-on-year increase of 88.61%,” she emphasised.
