Attorney General's Office Seals Electric Motorcycle Warehouse in Bogor Over MBG Corruption Case
The Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) has sealed a warehouse for electric motorcycles in the Sentul area, Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency, West Java, in connection with an alleged corruption case involving the governance of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) programme. Several residents who frequent the area witnessed the sealing.
“Just yesterday, people from the Attorney General’s Office came here in numbers to seal it, there is the seal mark,” said a resident named Oweh when met by reporters at the location on Thursday (18/6/2026). He saw several officers arrive and enter the parking area of the warehouse where the electric trail motorcycles were stored. According to him, the officers immediately installed the seal line.
“They went straight inside. They sealed it right away, the mesh tarpaulin cover is still there, it wasn’t opened,” he explained. He noted that the officers arrived around 1 p.m. Western Indonesia Time yesterday afternoon. He saw quite a number of officers at the electric motorcycle warehouse location while normal activities were ongoing at the warehouse. “There is activity every day, as if there’s no problem. Outside, the situation is just like this, they are still working,” he said.
Another resident, Edi, shared a similar account. Based on information he received, several motorcycles were sealed before being operated. “According to employees working here, they were sealed so they wouldn’t get damaged because they’ve been here a long time, so they were sealed first before being operated, for fear the motorcycle electrics would be weak,” he explained. He mentioned that the building used as the electric motorcycle warehouse had only been rented for a few months. Previously, the building was unused for any activity. “Before it became the EMMO warehouse, it was empty. There used to be security guards who took care of cleaning, now it’s been turned into that warehouse for EMMO electric motorcycles,” he said.
Investigators from the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the Attorney General’s Office sealed the electric motorcycle warehouse belonging to the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) in Bogor Regency, West Java. This sealing is related to the alleged corruption case in the management of the MBG programme. “The visit was to check the number of electric motorcycles and to seal them,” said the Director of Investigation at Jampidsus, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, as quoted by Antara on Wednesday (17/6). He indicated there are likely other electric motorcycle warehouses in other locations. Similar enforcement actions will be carried out in stages.
The Attorney General’s Office has named five suspects in this case. The five suspects are: 1. Former Head of BGN, Dadan Hindayana; 2.
