Jakarta (ANTARA) - Investigators from the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) have sealed a warehouse containing electric motorcycles belonging to the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) in Bogor Regency, West Java. The sealing is linked to an alleged corruption case in the management of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) programme at BGN for the 2025–2026 period.

“(The visit was) to check the number (of electric motorcycles) and to seal them,” said Jampidsus Director of Investigation Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi to journalists in Jakarta on Wednesday.

Jampidsus investigators have named five suspects in the case: former BGN Head Dadan Hindayana; former BGN Deputy Head for Organisational Development and Institutional Relations Lodewyk Pusung; former BGN Deputy Head for Operational Nutrition Fulfilment Sony Sonjaya; private sector party Asep Yusuf Soemantri; and Commissioner of PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal (YAT) Andri Mulyono.

One of the modus operandi in the corruption case is the mark-up of procurement prices for goods at BGN. Several procurements are suspected of having been manipulated, including the procurement of 21,801 electric motorcycles with a total procurement value of IDR 1.035 trillion. Other items include the procurement of 32,000 pairs of shoes that did not meet specifications and were marked up; the procurement of 31,994 tablets that did not meet specifications and were marked up; and the procurement of 5,400 television units that did not meet specifications and were marked up.
