Attorney General's Office Raids National Nutrition Agency Office

Investigators from the Special Crimes division of the Attorney General’s Office did indeed conduct a search at the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) office, stated the Acting Head of the Attorney General’s Office’s Information Centre, Mochamad Jeffry, to reporters on Wednesday (3/6/2026). Previously, it was reported that President Prabowo Subianto decided to evaluate the top leadership of the National Nutrition Agency. Dadan Hindayana, Lodewijk Paulus, and Sony Sanjaya were removed from their positions. The announcement of these removals was delivered by State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, accompanied by Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya and Kabakom M Qodari, at the Presidential Palace on Tuesday (2/6/2026). Prasetyo stated that this decision was made by Prabowo after conducting monitoring and a subsequent performance evaluation of the BGN leaders. ‘On this day, Tuesday, 2 June 2026, the President has decided to replace the leadership of the National Nutrition Agency: first, Mr Dadan Hindayana as Head of the National Nutrition Agency; second, Mr Lodewyk Pusung as Deputy Head of the National Nutrition Agency; and third, Mr Sony Sonjaya as Deputy Head of the National Nutrition Agency. This is accompanied by our gratitude for their hard work and dedication in building the foundation and developing the National Nutrition Agency,’ Pras said during the press conference. Pras noted that the BGN is now led by Nanik S. Deyang, who previously served as the Deputy Head of the BGN. ‘Appointing Ms Nanik S. Deyang as the new Head of the National Nutrition Agency,’ he continued. In addition to Nanik, Agustina Arum Sari and Major General TNI Trenggono have also been appointed as the new Deputy Heads of the BGN. The new leadership structure of the National Nutrition Agency is as follows: Head of BGN: Nanik S. Deyang; Deputy Head of BGN: Agustina Arum Sari; Deputy Head of BGN: Major General TNI Trenggono.
