Attorney General's Office Raids National Nutrition Agency Building in the Early Hours

The Attorney General’s Office has confirmed that it is currently conducting searches in several rooms within the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) building. This raid follows the recent removal of the Head of BGN, Dadan Hindayana.

Investigators from the Jampidsus division of the Attorney General’s Office did indeed carry out the search at the BGN office, confirmed the Acting Head of the Attorney General’s Office Press Centre, Mochamad Jefry, on Wednesday (3/6/2026). He did not specify the nature of the case prompting the search.

However, he noted that the search began at 02:00 AM. Reports indicate that the investigation targeted the second, third, and eighth floors of the building.

The search occurred following President Prabowo Subianto’s decision to dismiss BGN Head Dadan Hindayana on Tuesday (2/6/2026) evening. Following this dismissal, Deputy Head of BGN Nanik S. Deyang has been promoted to fill the vacancy.

The leadership reshuffle also affected the Deputy Head positions; Lodewyk Pusung and Sonny Sonjaya have been removed from their roles. To fill the vacancies, the government has appointed Agustina Arumsari, from the BPKP, and Major General TNI Trenggono, formerly Deputy Director of PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara, as the new Deputy Heads of BGN.
