JAKARTA — The Asset Recovery Agency of the Attorney General’s Office is holding BPA Fair 2026 from 18 to 21 May 2026 at the BPA Office of the Attorney General’s Office, Ragunan, South Jakarta. The event serves as an auction venue for various assets seized by the state following the handling of legal cases. One of the items catching visitors’ attention is the row of luxury cars owned by Harvey Moeis that are on display at the venue. However, the ‘supercar’ is still marked as coming soon and has not yet entered the auction stage. ‘Yes, it’s still coming soon, but not yet auctioned at this time. Still being assessed,’ said a security guard at the BPA Office, Ragunan, on Tuesday (19/5/2026). A Kompas.com observation at the site found that the seized vehicles are not ordinary cars but premium models and relatively rare. The case involving Harvey Moeis began to surface in early 2024 after the Attorney General’s Office investigated alleged corruption in tin commodity trading within the scope of the Mining Business License (IUP) for PT Timah Tbk for the 2015–2022 period. In the course of the investigation, the Attorney General’s Office also seized various assets suspected to be connected to the case, including several luxury cars and premium vehicles. The case has drawn public attention due to the reported large state losses, and it involves several private sector parties and companies related to tin trading.
