Attorney General's Office Announces Febrie Adriansyah's Resignation as Jampidsus

The Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) has confirmed that Febrie Adriansyah has resigned from his position as Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus). In an official video statement released in the early hours of Saturday (11/7), the Head of the Attorney General’s Legal Information Centre, Anang Supriatna, stated that Attorney General ST Burhanuddin had accepted Febrie Adriansyah’s resignation. The decision to step down was made by Febrie less than 12 hours after he held a press conference responding to law enforcement actions taken by the Corruption Eradication Corps of the National Police and the Metro Jaya Regional Police regarding several suspected corruption cases that have drawn public attention.
