Attorney General Transfers 14 High Prosecutors, Including North Sumatra's
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Attorney General ST Burhanuddin has once again conducted mutations and rotations of personnel within the Adhyaksa Corps, including 14 prosecutors for positions as heads of high prosecutor’s offices (Kajati) in various regions, one of which is the Kajati for North Sumatra (Sumut).
The Head of the Legal Information Centre (Kapuspenkum) of the Attorney General’s Office, Anang Supriatna, confirmed the job transfers.
“True,” he said in Jakarta on Monday.
The mutations and rotations are contained in the Attorney General’s Decree of the Republic of Indonesia No. 488 of 2026 dated 13 April 2026 and signed by the Attorney General.
The mutated prosecutors include, among others, Riono Budisantoso, who previously served as Director of Prosecution at the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) of the Attorney General’s Office, now taking on a new responsibility as Kajati for Bangka Belitung.
In addition, Muhibuddin, previously Kajati for West Sumatra, now serves as Kajati for North Sumatra, replacing Harli Siregar who has taken on a new role as Inspector III at the Deputy Attorney General for Supervision (Jamwas) of the Attorney General’s Office.
