Attorney General Rotates 8 High Prosecutors and Director of Investigation at Jampidsus
Attorney General ST Burhanuddin has rotated several officials within the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office, including the position of Director of Investigation (Dirdik) at the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus).
The Head of the Legal Information Centre, Anang Supriatna, confirmed the reshuffle, stating it is a routine part of promotion and rotation to refresh the organisation and fill vacancies to improve public service and law enforcement.
The new Director of Investigation at Jampidsus is Rinaldi Umar, who previously served as the Deputy Head of the Banten High Prosecutor’s Office. He replaces Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi. Rinaldi is notably a member of the prosecution team handling the alleged corruption and money laundering case involving PT Asabri for the 2020–2024 period.
Meanwhile, eight new High Prosecutors (Kajati) have been appointed: Muhammad Syarifuddin for South Sulawesi, Sri Kuncoro for the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Chatarina Muliana for East Kalimantan, Teuku Rahmatsyah for Aceh, Sukarman Sumarinton for South Kalimantan, Herry Hermanus Horo for Banten, Taufan Zakaria for Lampung, and Transiswara Adhi for the Riau Islands.
