Attorney General Rotates 14 High Prosecutors, Including Bali

As many as 14 Heads of High Prosecutors’ Offices (Kajati) across Indonesia have been rotated by Attorney General ST Burhanuddin. One of them is the Kajati of Bali, Chatarina Muliana, who was only appointed in October 2025. Chatarina is replaced by Setiawan Budi Cahyono.

The rotation and mutation of the 14 kajati were confirmed by the Head of the Public Relations and Protocols Division of the Attorney General’s Office, Anang Supriatna. “Correct,” said Anang to reporters on Monday (13/4/2025), quoted from detikNews.

The rotation and mutation are contained in the Decree of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia Number 488 of 2026, signed directly by Burhanuddin.

Based on documents seen by detikcom, the Attorney General is rotating 14 kajati in various provinces. From Sumatra, Java, Bali, to Sulawesi.

In the mutation letter, the position of Kajati North Sumatra is filled by Muhibuddin. He previously served as Kajati West Sumatra. Muhibuddin replaces Harli Siregar, who has been mutated to become Inspector III in the Deputy Attorney General for Supervision of the Attorney General’s Office.

Then, the position of Kajati East Java, previously held by Agus Sahat Sampe Tua Lumban Gaol, is now replaced by Abdul Qohar AF.

Qohar previously served as Kajati Southeast Sulawesi. Meanwhile, Agus Sahat is now assigned as Secretary of the Deputy Attorney General for General Criminal Affairs of the Attorney General’s Office.

5. Sutikno, as Head of the High Prosecutors’ Office of West Java

6. I Dewa Gede Wirajana, as Head of the High Prosecutors’ Office of Riau

7. Muhibuddin, as Head of the High Prosecutors’ Office of North Sumatra

8. Dedie Tri Hariyadi, as Head of the High Prosecutors’ Office of West Sumatra

9. Zullikar Tanjung, as Head of the High Prosecutors’ Office of Central Sulawesi

10. Teguh Subroto, as Head of the High Prosecutors’ Office of Central Java

11. Budi Hartawan Panjaitan, as Head of the High Prosecutors’ Office of West Sulawesi

12. Sumurung Pandapotan Simaremare, as Head of the High Prosecutors’ Office of Gorontalo

13. Setiawan Budi Cahyono, as Head of the High Prosecutors’ Office of Bali

14. Saiful Bahri Siregar, as Head of the High Prosecutors’ Office of Bengkulu.
