Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Attorney General’s Office has handed over funds amounting to Rp 11,420,140,815,850 to the state treasury. The report was delivered by Attorney General Sanitiar Burhanuddin to President Prabowo Subianto during a ceremony at the Kejaksaan Agung headquarters in Central Jakarta on Friday (10/4/2026).

“Today’s handover of funds serves as a demonstration of transparency in our performance to the public. We will submit a total of Rp 11,420,140,815,850 to the state treasury,” he stated.

The funds originate from five sources. Here is the breakdown as provided by the Attorney General:

  1. Collection of administrative fines in the forestry sector and by the PKH Task Force amounting to Rp 7,230,036,440,742.

  2. Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) representing the recovery of state finances from the handling of corruption crimes by the Attorney General’s Office from January to March amounting to Rp 1,967,867,840,912.

  3. Tax receipts from January to April amounting to Rp 967,779,890,000.

  4. State revenue through the deposit of Agrinas Palma taxes amounting to Rp 180,574,134,140.

  5. PNBP from environmental fines amounting to Rp 1,145,847,370,471.

On this occasion, Burhanuddin also reported on the control and handover of forest areas related to the reclamation of forest land. He revealed that the PKH Task Force has successfully reclaimed forest areas in both the palm oil plantation and mining sectors, with the following details:

  1. Palm oil plantation sector

The PKH Task Force, from February 2025 until today, has successfully reclaimed forest land covering 5,888,260.07 hectares.

  1. Mining sector

The PKH Task Force has successfully reclaimed forest areas covering 10,257.22 hectares.
