Attorney General: No State Assets Must Go Unaccounted For (Part 2)

Attorney General ST Burhanuddin has affirmed that no state assets must go unaccounted for in line with the implementation of the new Criminal Code (KUHP) and Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP). Through the strengthening of the Asset Recovery Agency’s role, the Attorney General’s Office is targeting case handling that is more orderly, accountable, and oriented towards recovering state losses, including addressing the misuse of seized assets by individuals within the Attorney General’s Office itself.
