Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - President Prabowo Subianto attended the ceremony for the Submission of Administrative Fines and State Financial Recovery as well as the Reclamation of Forest Areas Phase VI at the Attorney General’s Office headquarters in South Jakarta on Friday (10/4/2026). Earlier, in delivering the report, Attorney General Sanitiar Burhanuddin, representing the Attorney General’s Office, handed over an amount of Rp11.42 trillion to the state treasury.

“This is an honour and a joy for me that this has happened multiple times in the government that I have led for 1.5 years,” said Prabowo.

The head of state revealed that as of October 2025, the Attorney General’s Office had saved state finances of Rp13.255 trillion in criminal acts of corruption related to Crude Palm Oil (CPO) export facilities and derivatives (2021-2022). Then in December, the Attorney General’s Office had saved state finances of Rp6.625 trillion.

“And today, 10 April, we have successfully saved Rp11.42 trillion. Thus, the total cash that we have successfully saved to date is Rp31.3 trillion,” said Prabowo, greeted with applause from those present.

As previously reported, Burhanuddin said that the handover of Rp11,420,140,815,850 to the state treasury is a manifestation of transparency in performance to the public. There are five sources of these funds. Here is the breakdown as delivered by the Attorney General:

  1. Collection of administrative fines in the forestry sector and the PKH Task Force amounting to Rp7,230,036,440,742.

  2. Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) which is the recovery of state finances from the handling of corruption crimes by the Attorney General’s Office from January to March amounting to Rp1,967,867,840,912.

  3. Tax receipts from January to April amounting to Rp967,779,890,000.

  4. State revenue through the deposit of Agrinas Palma tax amounting to Rp180,574,134,140.

  5. PNBP originating from environmental fines amounting to Rp1,145,847,370,471.

On that occasion, Burhanuddin also reported the control and handover of forest areas related to the control and handover of forest land areas. He revealed that the PKH Task Force has successfully reclaimed forest areas in both the palm oil plantation sector and the mining sector, with the following details:

The PKH Task Force from February 2025 to date has successfully reclaimed forest land covering 5,888,260.07 hectares.
