Attention! Here is the Cum Date Schedule for Issuers This Week, Including 4 Companies
Entering the second week of April 2026, several issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) are preparing to pass through the share trading period with dividend rights or cum date for the 2025 fiscal year. This period marks the final deadline for market participants who wish to buy shares to remain recorded as parties entitled to receive the company’s profit distribution. There are four issuers whose schedules warrant attention this week: PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (WOMF), PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE), PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA), and PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN). Cum Dividend 8 April 2026: WOMF and TEBE PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (WOMF) has scheduled the cum dividend period in the regular and negotiated markets on 8 April 2026. This financing issuer has set a cash dividend of Rp12.28 per share, with a maximum total value of Rp42.76 billion. This figure represents a payout ratio of 30% of the company’s net profit for the 2025 fiscal year. On the same date, the coal distribution issuer PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE) is also entering the cum dividend period. Through a shareholders’ decision, TEBE has agreed to distribute a cash dividend with a total value of Rp200.46 billion. Through this allocation, shareholders will receive a profit distribution of Rp156 per share. The company’s management emphasised that this dividend distribution will have no material impact on operational activities or financial stability. Cum Dividend 9 April 2026: MEGA and BDMN The following day, on 9 April 2026, the cum dividend schedule continues for issuers in the banking sector. Through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA) has approved a cash dividend distribution totalling Rp2 trillion. This allocation reflects 60% of the company’s total net profit of Rp3.36 trillion for the 2025 fiscal year. With this portion, shareholders are entitled to a dividend of Rp171.95 per share, while the remaining profit will be recorded as retained earnings. In addition to Bank Mega, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN) has also set 9 April 2026 as the company’s cum dividend period. BDMN has allocated Rp1.4 trillion to be distributed as cash dividends to its investors. This value constitutes 35% of the total net profit achieved last year, recorded at Rp4 trillion. With this policy, each BDMN shareholder will receive funds of Rp142.19 per share. Indication of Return Level (Dividend Yield) As additional information for investment decision-making, market participants can measure the dividend return percentage through the dividend yield metric. This ratio is obtained by dividing the dividend per share by the issuer’s share price in the market. The following is a breakdown of the indicative dividend yield comparison for these four shares based on the current applicable prices. The dividend yield percentages in the table above are indicative. These ratio figures may change in line with share price movements in the regular market until the close of trading on each issuer’s cum date.
