Attended by Central Java Governor, Pasbata Halalbihalal Urges Fight Against Hoaxes

Central Java Governor Ahmad Luthfi attended the Pasbata (Pasukan Bawah Tanah) halalbihalal event in Solo on Wednesday (29 April 2026). The warm and communal activity served as an opportunity to strengthen silaturahim (social bonds) while enhancing synergy between the government and society. Luthfi explained that the spirit of gotong royong is the primary strength in building Central Java. The halalbihalal is not merely a post-Eid al-Fitr tradition but a strategic space to unite efforts, strengthen collaboration, and maintain solidarity in facing various development challenges. “Gotong royong is our strength,” Luthfi stated. In a press release in Jakarta on Thursday (30 April 2026), Pasbata’s DPP Secretary General, Sri Kuntoro Budianto, said that the presence of volunteers in Solo was an effort to unite determination in upholding the values of honesty. He noted that honesty is the primary principle that every Pasbata member must adhere to. “We unite our resolve to defend our leaders in the right ways. Truth and honesty are paramount; hoaxes must not be allowed. If we encounter untrue information, we do not need to respond with negative comments; simply report it to the authorities for processing,” Kuntoro said.
