Attendance Procedures for AGM, A Guide for Shareholders
PT Diamond Citra Propertindo Tbk (DADA) will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) at The Margo Hotel, Depok. The company reminds shareholders that physical attendance at the meeting will be limited according to room capacity and applicable regulations. In connection with this, shareholders planning to attend in person are required to register beforehand. Information regarding registration procedures, attendance requirements, and participant quotas can be accessed via the company’s official website at https://diamondland.co.id starting 19 June 2026 at 15.00 WIB. The company urges shareholders to register immediately after registration opens to secure certainty of attendance at the RUPST. The limitation on attendance numbers is implemented due to the limited capacity of the meeting room. Consequently, the number of participants who can attend physically will be adjusted to the available quota. This year’s RUPST is also an important momentum for the company after DADA recorded impressive performance growth throughout the 2025 fiscal year. The property issuer posted a net profit of Rp3.51 billion, soaring 216.70% compared to the previous year’s net profit. The profit increase signals the strengthening of the company’s business fundamentals amidst the dynamics of the property industry. This positive performance was supported by the optimisation of productive assets, the increasing contribution of operational commercial areas, and the strengthening of recurring income which has become one of the company’s main revenue sources. On the other hand, DADA also showed strong performance acceleration in the fourth quarter of 2025. The company recorded profit growth of 233.86% compared to the third quarter of 2025, while also increasing 216.70% compared to the same period the previous year. President Director of PT Diamond Citra Propertindo Tbk, Adam Bilfaqih, said the achievement was the result of implementing a business strategy consistently throughout the year. ‘The significant profit growth in 2025 reflects the effectiveness of the company’s strategy in optimising assets and strengthening operational performance,’ Adam explained. Along with this performance improvement, the company has decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rp2 billion to shareholders. This policy is a form of appreciation for shareholder support while reflecting the company’s commitment to creating sustainable added value. ‘This dividend distribution is a manifestation of our commitment to providing returns to shareholders, while reflecting management’s confidence in future business prospects,’ said Adam. Director of PT Diamond Citra Propertindo Tbk, Bayu Sentiawan, added that the company’s performance growth throughout 2025 was inseparable from the increasing contribution of operational commercial projects, optimisation of asset utilisation, and strengthening of recurring income which provides stability to the company’s revenue stream. Entering 2026, the company will focus on developing the business through strengthening the performance of existing commercial areas, adding strategic tenants to increase asset productivity, and optimising recurring income sources. The company will also expand cooperation with various strategic partners to support sustainable business expansion. ‘With continuously growing performance, a healthy financial structure, and a measured business strategy, DADA is optimistic it can continue the growth momentum in 2026 and create long-term value for all shareholders and stakeholders,’ Bayu concluded.
