Attayang Sunset showcases Bugis, Makassar, Mandar, and Toraja cultures at Losari Beach Pavilion

Dancers perform fire-spitting during the Pepe-pepe ka ri Makka dance at the Attayang Sunset cultural performance at Losari Beach Pavilion, Makassar, South Sulawesi. Several dancers performed the Pakarena Balla Bulo dance at the event. The Makassar City Tourism Office organised the Attayang Sunset show, featuring diverse Bugis, Makassar, Mandar, and Toraja cultural arts at sunset to strengthen tourism appeal and revitalise public spaces through cultural performances, aiming to enhance Makassar’s image as a safe, welcoming, and culturally rich tourist destination.
