Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) has launched the ‘Masyarakat Tanya ATR/BPN’ (MasNya ATR/BPN) programme, serving as a platform for real-time public inquiries regarding land service information through social media.

“This service is intended to educate the public, ensuring they fully understand what steps to take when visiting land offices,” said the Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Uunk Din Parunggi, in Jakarta on Thursday.

According to him, the MasNya ATR/BPN programme consists of live sessions on the ministry’s TikTok account, where the public can ask ATR/BPN about procedures, costs, timelines, or anything related to land certificate processing.

Uunk stated that the programme is expected to reduce public dependence on third parties who offer services to accelerate or simplify the certificate management process.

“We also hope that through this education, the public can visit Land Offices directly without feeling confused,” he added.

MasNya ATR/BPN is broadcast live via the official TikTok account of the Ministry of ATR/BPN every Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB.

The programme is presented in an interactive dialogue format, allowing the public to submit questions directly regarding land services.

During its implementation, MasNya ATR/BPN is hosted by Muhammad Akbar from the Ministry of ATR/BPN’s Public Relations and Protocol Bureau, who assists in guiding the discussion and delivering information to the public.

TikTok users can watch the Ministry of ATR/BPN’s live streams and utilise this programme to obtain explanations regarding various land services, including procedures, timelines, and certificate processing costs.

“I hope the entire public makes good use of the MasNya ATR/BPN programme to ask anything related to land certificates. However, this is separate from formal complaints, as there is already a dedicated channel for those,” he concluded.
