ATR/BPN expands 10-day PERINTIS implementation to 95 Land Offices
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Agraria and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) has expanded the 10-day Integrated Land Title Transfer (PERINTIS) service to 95 Land Offices (Kantah) to facilitate the public in managing land title transfers.
“Previously, this service was piloted in 17 Land Offices,” said the Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau, Uunk Din Parung to reporters in Jakarta on Saturday.
According to him, the expansion of the PERINTIS service commenced precisely on National Agrarian and Spatial Planning Day (HANTARU) on Thursday, 24 September 2026.
Uunk stated that, following the directives of the Minister of Agraria and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid, the 10-day PERINTIS service is targeted to be effective nationwide starting 1 January 2027.
“There is an addition of 78 Land Offices spread across 19 provinces. Our target is that by the end of the year, it can operate in Land Offices throughout Indonesia,” he said.
The 10-day PERINTIS service integrates three parties and stages in the land title transfer process. The first stage involves the verification of Land and Building Title Transfer Duty (BPHTB) by local governments within a maximum of three days. If the BPHTB is not verified within that period, the application is deemed approved through a ‘fictitious-positive’ mechanism.
The second stage involves the preparation of the Sale and Purchase Deed (AJB) by the Land Deed Official (PPAT), which must be completed within a maximum of two days. Subsequently, the processing of the application files at the Land Office must be completed within a maximum of five days.
The success of this programme, which was inaugurated directly by the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN, Nusron Wahid, is the result of synergy between the three parties. This collaboration is a vital part of ensuring the 10-day PERINTIS service operates according to the established targets.
The 10-day PERINTIS is one of several service and organisational transformations undertaken by the Ministry of ATR/BPN as a step towards providing service time certainty to the public.
Alongside the implementation of PERINTIS, the Ministry of ATR/BPN is also implementing Scheduled Measurement services with a target completion of 12 days, which is currently operational in 495 Land Offices, or 96.3 per cent of all Land Offices in Indonesia.
The 78 Land Offices involved in the second phase of the 10-day PERINTIS implementation include the East Jakarta Administrative City Land Office, DKI Jakarta, and in West Java: Bandung City, Bogor I, and Bekasi Regency.
In Central Java, the offices include Demak, Sragen, and Klaten, as well as Sleman Regency in D.I. Yogyakarta.
In East Java, the offices include Surabaya II City, Sidoarjo Regency, and Gresik Regency.
Outside of Java, the expansion includes Medan City, Padang City, Balikpapan City, Banjarmasin City, Mataram, Sikka, Tabanan, Palopo, Parepare, and Mamasa.
