ATF 2026 offers diverse direct travel options to the public
The ASTINDO Travel Fair (ATF) 2026 serves as a platform for travel agents to offer a wide range of travel services directly to the public.
“Amid technological developments and changes in consumer behaviour, we see that direct interaction still holds significant value. Visitors can meet travel professionals, obtain information and recommendations directly,” said ASTINDO Chairwoman Pauline Suharno in an official statement in Jakarta on Friday.
The tourism exhibition, held at the Main Atrium of PIK Avenue, Jakarta, from 20 to 23 August 2026, brings the public together with various travel products and services in one location, and is expected to serve as a reference for the public in planning their trips.
Travel industry players attending the event include those from the tourism destination sector, airlines, travel agents, hotels and resorts, amusement parks and tourist attractions, domestic and international tour operators, cruise ship companies, as well as travel-related products and services.
Pauline added that the event adopts a one-stop travel shopping concept, giving visitors the opportunity to compare various travel options from multiple industry players in one location.
In addition, the exhibition, which takes place across an area of 1,073 square metres, features a range of programmes over its four days, including product launches, market intelligence sessions, press conferences, stage performances, destination presentations, games, and other special programmes.
She said direct interaction between travel industry players and the public remains important amid technological developments and shifting consumer behaviour.
ATF 2026 also serves as a space for interaction between travel industry players and the public to introduce travel products and services. For industry players, the event can be used to expand networks, build business connections, and interact with prospective travellers, travel planners, corporate buyers, and other tourism enthusiasts.
During the event, visitors can also take part in various games, lucky draws, and special programmes prepared as part of the ATF 2026 activities.
The exhibition is expected to be a momentum for the public to plan trips and obtain information about various travel destination options in one place.
