At DPR Hearing, BGN Flaunts Unqualified Opinion on 2025 Financial Report
Jakarta, VIVA – Deputy Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), Agustina Arumsari, said the agency’s financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year received an unqualified opinion (WTP) from the Supreme Audit Board (BPK).
She made the remarks during a hearing between BGN and Commission IX of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) at the Parliament Complex in Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Friday, 17 July 2026.
“We need to convey that these financial statements, after being audited by BPK, have received an opinion from BPK, namely unqualified,” Agustina said during the meeting.
“This means that the entire financial reporting process has been prepared with an adequate internal control system and the information presented is in accordance with government accounting standards,” she continued.
Agustina then outlined BGN’s revenue throughout 2025, noting that this revenue consisted of returned expenditure from 2024.
“So there was excess spending in 2024 which was then returned in 2025, and therefore it was recorded under the revenue line item,” she explained.
On that occasion, Agustina also revealed that BGN still had outstanding debts to third parties worth Rp1.6 trillion, arising from various activities in 2025.
