At DPR Hearing, BGN Flaunts Unqualified Opinion on 2025 Financial Report

The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) announced that its financial report for the 2025 fiscal year has received an unqualified opinion (WTP) from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK). The statement was made by BGN Deputy Head Agustina Arumsari during a hearing with House of Representatives (DPR) Commission IX at the Parliament Complex in Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Friday, 17 July 2026. ‘We need to convey that this financial report, after being audited by the BPK, has received an unqualified opinion,’ Agustina said during the hearing. ‘This means that the entire financial reporting process was prepared with an adequate internal control system and the information was presented in accordance with government accounting standards.’ Agustina also detailed the agency’s revenue for 2025, explaining that it consisted of refunds from excess spending in 2024. ‘So there was an over-expenditure in 2024 which was then returned in 2025, and it was recorded under the revenue account,’ she clarified. During the session, Agustina further revealed that BGN still has outstanding payables to third parties amounting to Rp1.6 trillion, originating from various activities in 2025. The breakdown of the payables is as follows: 1. Material expenses: Rp16,119,536,548 (for uniforms, KLB, call centre, spoons, etc.) 2. Certification: Rp111,631,740,960 (SPPG certification expenses) 3. Consultant services: Rp200,000,000 4. Rent: Rp121,951,599 (for incidental vehicle rental) 5. Honorarium for speakers: Rp812,968,500 (speakers for food handler technical guidance) 6. Other services: Rp330,447,200,008 (event organiser, publications, etc.) 7. Honorarium and transport: Rp7,395,240,200 (honorarium and goods delivery) 8. Official travel: Rp684,395,463 (2025 official travel arrears) 9. Government assistance (banper) for MBG: Rp100,641,825,064 10. Capital expenditure for assets: Rp1,040,990,661,519 (construction of APBN kitchens)
