Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Coconut-based food and beverage producer, including jelly, PT Niramas Utama Tbk. (JELI) is preparing to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by releasing approximately 350,000,000 shares, or 25.93% of its issued capital, with a target of raising Rp 392 billion in fresh funds. Director of PT Niramas Utama Tbk (JELI), Adhi S Lukman, stated that the share IPO is part of JELI’s business development strategy, which has been running for 35 years, while also providing an opportunity for investors to share in the company’s profits. The IPO proceeds will be allocated with 51% for the purchase of new machinery to strengthen and accelerate business growth, and 18% aimed at strengthening the logistics system through automation to improve efficiency.
