ASUS Business, the industrial market product line of ASUS, continues to strengthen its penetration to become the number one B2B technology laptop provider in Indonesia. This ambitious target is driven by consistent market share growth over the past three years.

Country Product Marketing Manager of ASUS Business Indonesia, Aldy Ramadiansyah, revealed that ASUS’s market share in the business segment had reached second position in the second quarter of 2026. This figure jumped from 6% in 2024 to 12% in 2025, and now stands at 18%.

“The target by the end of this year is hopefully to become number one. So that is ultimately our main objective, we want to achieve number one in the B2B segment,” said Aldy during a visit to the Media Group Office in West Jakarta on Monday (31/8).

To achieve this target, ASUS is relying on its latest flagship product, the Asus ExpertBook Ultra, which was launched last May. Aldy claims this product has higher specification standards compared to competitors, ranging from the use of two-layer Tandem OLED technology, a six-speaker system, to a 70 Wh battery capacity.

In terms of data security, especially for the Financial Service Industry (FSI) sector, ASUS has embedded a hardware-based Trusted Platform Module (TPM) feature. In addition, ASUS introduced ASUS AI ExpertMeet, an artificial intelligence application that works offline (on-device) to guarantee user data confidentiality without the need to send information to external servers.

ASUS’s strategy is not only focused on devices, but also on strengthening after-sales services. ASUS offers a warranty of up to 5 years that covers both the device and the battery. On-site service is also provided for corporations, where a team of technicians will pick up and process repairs directly at the company’s location.

“In the second half of this year, we are focused on educating the market that our laptops are not only durable, but also supported by a warranty that provides comprehensive protection for business users,” concluded Aldy.
