JAKARTA. PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) has recently signed an agreement with PT Maharaksa Kapital Indonesia (MKI) to purchase shares in PT Maharaksa Energi Hijau (MEH). MKI is a business group under PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA), operating in the fields of waste processing, energy, and environmentally conscious property. On 6 April 2026, BIPI agreed to buy 1,000 shares of MEH with a nominal value of Rp 500,000 per share, representing 20% of the total shares issued by MEH. As a result, the total value of this share purchase is recorded at Rp 500 million. Additionally, at the same time, BIPI signed a Share Sale and Purchase Deed with PT Indoplas Makmur Lestari (IML), which is also a subsidiary of OASA. “This transaction is carried out as part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its investment portfolio in the green energy sector, supporting the development of sustainable energy businesses, thereby increasing long-term value added for the company,” stated BIPI Corporate Secretary Kurniawati Budiman in a disclosure of information on Wednesday (8/4). BIPI’s management believes that this transaction provides strategic value and aligns with the company’s business development direction.
