Astranauts 2026 Drives Digital Transformation and Efficiency to Strengthen National Economy

Jakarta – Astra is once again organising the national-scale digital innovation competition and technology conference known as Astranauts 2026. This annual programme aims to gather fresh ideas and innovative solutions that can address real business challenges and deliver impact for Indonesia’s digital economy.

This year, Astranauts adopts the theme ‘ACCELERATE 2026: From Pilot to Business Transformation, Boosting Efficiency and Unlocking New Value’, a strategic step to accelerate the transition of innovations from the idea stage to impactful business implementation.

The programme seeks solutions to various business challenges within the Astra Group, while presenting digital solutions that are not only technologically innovative but also capable of improving operational efficiency and delivering tangible benefits for Indonesia’s industries and society.

“Astranauts 2026 reflects Astra’s commitment to focusing on scalability. We are not just talking about prototypes, but how those solutions can be adopted by businesses, enhance efficiency, and create value for the business,” said Astra’s Chief of Group Digital Strategy, Paul Soegianto, in a statement on Friday, 8 May 2026.

Astranauts 2026 opens opportunities for innovators to tackle business challenges from Astra Group companies, including PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM), PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP), PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP Mining), PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA), and PT Astra International Tbk - UD Trucks Sales Operation (Astra UD Trucks).

Additionally, Astranauts features a Cross-Industry Challenge seeking innovative solutions that can contribute to eight areas: Automotive & Mobility, Financial Services, Heavy Equipment, Mining, Construction & Energy, Agribusiness, Infrastructure, Information Technology, Property, and Health. Participant registrations are open from 7 May to 14 June 2026 via the official website astradigital.id/astranauts.

The Astranauts 2026 competition is open to two participant categories: Product Track, for companies and startups that already have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and traction; and Idea Track, for active undergraduate and postgraduate students, who are expected to provide innovative ideas to solve the given business challenges.
