Astra Otoparts distributes cash dividend of Rp1.1 trillion

Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Astra Otoparts Tbk is distributing a cash dividend worth Rp1.1 trillion or Rp229 per share from the net profit for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to Rp2.2 trillion, based on the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).

The dividend consists of an interim dividend of Rp284.36 billion or Rp29 per share, which has been paid on 24 October 2025. Subsequently, the final dividend of Rp819.35 billion or Rp170 per share, which will be paid on 15 May 2026 to shareholders recorded as of 4 May 2026.

“The remaining undistributed net profit is recorded as retained earnings,” said Division Head of Corporate Communication & Investor Relations of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk, Wisnu Wijaya, in a written statement in Jakarta on Saturday.

The company also conducted a reshuffle of its board of directors and commissioners to align with organisational needs and future business strategies.

The reshuffle includes, among others, the resignation of Hamdani Dzulkarnaen S. as President Director and Gidion Hasan as President Commissioner.

Shareholders approved the appointment of Yusak Kristian Solaeman as the new President Director and Thomas Junaidi Alim W. as the new President Commissioner.

Meanwhile, Gidion Hasan, who resigned from his previous position, now serves as a Commissioner based on the AGMS decision.
